  • Aidan Dayton

    Utah Valley University

    USSF-D, ISSA-CPT, B.S. Psychology

    Aidan grew up in Elk Ridge Utah and played club and high school locally before joining Real Salt Lake Academy. He returned home and won Gatorade Player of the year and Utah's Mr. Soccer in 2016. Aidan played 4 years for Utah Valley University where he graduated with his Bachelors in Psychology.

  • Kaleb Augat

    Utah Valley University

    USSF-D, Pn1, IIN

    Kaleb grew up in Herriman, UT before leaving home to play for both the Portland Timbers and Real Salt Lake MLS Youth Academies. He is the former Head of Human Performance and Head/Assistant Coach at the Utah Red Wolves USL Academy in Salt Lake City, UT. With credentials in Sports Nutrition & Fitness, Kaleb is also currently working toward a degree in Sport & Performance Psychology.

  • Ashley Enloe

    Utah State University, Utah Valley University

    USSF-Grassroots, B.S. Exercise Science

    Ashley grew up in Salem, UT. She attended Salem Hills High School and played for Utah Celtic FC. After graduating high school, she played at both Utah State University & Utah Valley University, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. She is currently working toward receiving the CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist), one of the most prestigious certifications in sport performance.

What Separates Us from Other Private Trainers?

Experienced

All of our coaches have played at least NCAA Division I College Soccer.

Accredited

In addition to their extensive playing experience, we ensure our coaches attain/are working toward a USSF-D Coaching License or higher. Most of our coaches also hold qualifications in related fields, such as fitness & nutrition.

Evidence-based

Our coaches are trained to use their experience & expertise, as well as apply best practices from fields such as movement science and coaching psychology, to cater to the needs of those they coach.
